If you want to read about how I came up with Back to Basics: healthy and green living on a budget you can read the Welcome page. So, we ALL know the economy is bad. The news dwells on it and you cannot even escape it on the radio. Even though times are tough we can still treat ourselves, here and there, try to eat healthy and be green on a budget. I will try to post on Sundays to one of the topics: Food, Garden or Living. Hopefully, you will enjoy my tips and ideas and find ways to incorporate them into your life.
